Grand Chute, Wisc.

On Sunday, around 7:30 P.M, a bomb was placed on the windowsill of a Grand Chute Planned Parenthood clinic. The bomb went off, causing a fire at the clinic that damaged one of the exam rooms. No one was hurt.

Today the FBI announced the arrest of a suspect, 50 year old Francis Grady, who will be charged with arson of a building used in interstate commerce, and intentionally damaging the property of a facility that provides reproductive services.  No reason was given for the bombing. 

When will it ever stop?? 

Typical day at a nude beach. No orgies. Regular folks of all shapes, sizes, ages, and sexes, enjoying the sun on their skin.  It doesn't get any better than a dip in the ocean on a hot day sans swim suit.

I mentioned in a previous post that I was reading this book.  I've read it at least twice now and I recommend it to anyone who is interested in advanced Christian studies.  Here is the opening paragraph;

The book studies the Gnostic Christian teachings of the pre-Roman Catholic establishment.  I highly recommend this book.

Arizona State Rep. Terri Proud (R), is anti-abortion and was recently quoted as saying, ""Personally I'd like to make a law that mandates a woman watch an abortion being performed prior to having a surgical procedure."

The Republican's war on women in the area of abortion and contraception is really getting out of control.  Wouldn't it seem that a woman seeking an abortion is under enough stress without having to have an ultrasound and now watch a movie?  Come on!!!  And doesn't it make sense that if you want  fewer abortions, you should make contraception more available??

Nude Limerick for a Sweltering Day

There was once a young woman named Rose
Who enjoyed taking off all her clothes.
On her bike she would ride
Not ashamed of her hide
From her nose to her cute little toes.

It was summertime sweltering heat
Which made Rose expose more than her feet.
"Why, I haven't a care
Wearing only the air!"
She exclaimed as she rode down the street.

All the townspeople gathered to stare
Such a sight was incredibly rare.
'Cause this ample young girl
On her head had no curl
A Godiva with very short hair.

Soon the story spread out far and wide
Many others joined in for the ride
"Unless you are a prude
Being nude is not rude"
Rose explained with a heart full of pride.
