Happy birthday to actor, singer, and producer Jeff Bridges who turns 71 today.  I just watched him this week in "The Only Living Boy in New York." 

 

 

 

 

Happy birthday to American actress and producer Holly Marie Combs who turned 47 yesterday. Holly is best known around our house as Piper on the series "Charmed," Marie was born in San Diego, is married and has three sons.

 Rode 16.8 miles to the beach yesterday.  Didn't see her along the way either.  

I'm watching the thriller series "The Unfolding" on HBOmax starring Nicole Kidman and Hugh Grant.  A high point for me was the 25 year old Italian actress Matilda De Angelis who ends up dead in the first episode.  But she did make an impression with her nude scene shown below.

“Whether it’s my eyes, or my mouth, or my boobs or my vagina, my body is just another tool to express myself,” she told Interview magazine. 

“It’s still me. As long as the goal is to communicate something complex, then nakedness can be a powerful way to express and persuade.”

Can't wait to see how it ends in episode 6.

Happy birthday wishes go out to Daniela Ruah, aka Kensi on "NCIS Los Angeles" who turned 37 yesterday.  Daniela, a new addition to my blog, is married and has two children.  She has a Bachelors of Arts Degree in performing arts from the London Metropolitan University.

 

 Got the tree and lights up on the house.  Next up are the Christmas cards.  

 

 

Happy birthday to one of my favs, Katarina Witt, former East German gold medal Olympic figure skater who turns 55 years old today. 

 

 

 

 

This beauty is Sydney Sweeney, an American actress, who I first saw in "The Handmaid's Tale." Sydney played Eden Spencer, a pious young girl married to the driver, Nick.  

Sydney is 25 years old and a trained MMA fighter. Who knew!!
