I retired from West Covina for the third time today. No pomp and circumcision. Just turned in my keys, shook Erich's hand, and walked out the door. "It is done."

Watching "The Price is Right" this morning, I was taken by model Amber Lancaster. In 1998 she was named "Miss Washington Teen USA" and spent several years as a cheerleader for the Seattle Seahawks. She is now married and has one child. She owns "Lancaster Interiors."
