This week we had another mass shooting, this time in Thousand Oaks, California.  Twelve dead, another two dozen injured.  One of the dead was a Ventura County Sheriff's Deputy, Sgt. Ron Helus, who made entry into the night club with an CHP officer and took on the gunman.  The gunman took his own life later inside the night club.
