Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos came out with cuts of  $18 million dollars from the Special Olympics budget last week.  The idea, which came from the White House, was hit with a great deal of criticism, so tRUMP came to the rescue and rescinded the cuts blaming the whole thing on DeVos.  I have no love for DeVos, but once again tRUMP did his usual throw a staffer under the bus when one of his ideas doesn't flow well.
