The LAPD is investigating (been caught) officers circulating a valentine with a photo of George Floyd with the caption that reads, "you take my breath away."  LAPD Chief Michael Moore, who probably laughed the first time he saw it,  says that those who did this will suffer his wrath. (for being caught) Ya right.  This is a prime example of police culture throughout law enforcement.
