Cops taking a lot of heat for waiting almost an hour to confront the suspect in an active shooter scene in Uvalde, Texas.  The current training after the Columbine School shooting is to form up a group as cops arrive and advance as a four five man team.  That didn't happen in Uvalde.  In fact its believed that cops stood outside the door of a classroom for almost an hour before breaching the locked door and killing the suspect.
