Belated Happy Birthday wishes go out to Sally Struthers who turned 62 years old yesterday. (Saturday) Ms. Struthers is probably best known as "Gloria Bunker" from the hit series "All in the Family." Ms. Struthers played Gloria for seven years, (1971-1978) winning two Emmy Awards.
Ms. Struthers started as a dancer on the comedy-variety show,"The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour." More recently, Ms. Struthers was a frequent on the sitcom "Gilmore Girls."
Ms. Struthers was born in Portland, Oregon and went to Grant High School. Ms. Struthers was married once to psychiatrist Dr. William C. Rader and has a daughter Samatha Struthers Rader.
