Last night at midnight one quarter of the federal government shut down because tRUMP demanded $5billion dollars for his border wall before any bill would be signed by him.  This is the third government shutdown under tRUMP.  The Republicans control the house, senate, and presidency, and still can't get a spending bill passed.  "General incompetence."
