While this may look like a real bad rendition of the wicked witch of the "Wizard of Oz", it is actually 56 year old Gibson Cook of Dillion, N.C. It seems that Mr. Cook, known as a habitual petty thief, broke into the local land fill to steal copper scrap. He managed to wedge himself under this dumpster and remained there for 12 hours until the owner opened the location on Monday morning.
