Right-wing radio host and FoxNews contributor Laura Ingraham said on her radio show that Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain could become the first true African-American president because he doesn't have "a white mother, white father, grandparents, no. right?"  This of course a back-handed slam against President Obama.  Listen for yourself.
