On February 18th, Joseph Stark, furious with the IRS, set his house on fire and then drove his small plane into the Austin Texas IRS building killing himself and one occupant of the building. Stark wrote, "violence not only is the answer, it is the only answer."
This week, Terry Hoskins of Moscow, Ohio, bulldozed down his own house to keep the bank from foreclosing on it. Mr. Hoskins said, "when I see I owe $160,000 on a home valued at $350,000, and someone decides they they want to take it - no, I wasn't going to stand for that, so I took it down."
