Happy Birthday wishes go out to Susan Sarandon who turns 62 years old today. Susan Abigail Tomalin was born in New York, Ny. Susan graduated from the Catholic University of America in washington D.C. with a BA in drama in 1968. Susan has lived with her domestic partner, Tim Robbins, since 1988. Susan has a daughter from a previous relationship director Franco Amurri, and has two sons with Tim Robbins.

Readers of Playboy voted her breasts the "Best Celebrity Breasts of the Summer of 1981".

Susan's break in the entertainment industry came in her landing the role of Janet Weiss in the cult classic, "The Rocky Horror Picture Show". Since then she has starred in such favorites as "Thelma and Louise", "The Client", and "Bull Durhan". Susan won an Academy Award for her performance in "Dead Man Walking". In all. Susan has been nominated for six Golden Globe Awards, three Academy Awards, and two Emmy Awards.

Susan is also know for her left wing political activism. She is especially active in the anti-war movement against the Iraq war, a ideal near and deer to my heart.

Susan joined Genna Davis in the movie "Thelma and Louise".

Susan's partner, Tim Robbins is also an Academy Award winner. They met on the set of the movie "Bull Durham" where Tim played the pitcher affectionately known as "nuke". Interestingly enough, Tim was born in West Covina.
