I've started to do some stretching and yoga moves after I ride my bike. That, along with meditation, kinda goes along with my recent interest in Eastern Philosphy. I don't know how in the world this guy gets into this position. If, and that's a big IF, I could get into this position, I would never be able to get out of it. LOL!!!

When strength declines, I should leave whatever I am doing
in order to be able to continue with it later.
Having done something well, I should put it aside
with the wish to accomplish what will follow.
So I took the day off today. Stept in and took a nap. Tomorrow back to work and Wednesday back on the bike.

Karen, Josh, and I went to a Quakes baseball game Saturday evening. The game took almost four hours to complete. We lost 15-10. The Quakes pitchers gave up 14 hits and 12 walks!!! The highlight of the game was when a bird flew into the stadium and landed on the cable you can see in the photo above and took a dump. LOL We didn't see any fans in the lower section scatter, so we don't know if it hit anyone. I thought the game would never end!!!
Great day for a bike ride to the beach. Karen dropped me off at the Orange Co. Sheriff's Academy, across from Anaheim Stadium, as there was an Angel's game starting at 12:30. I stopped at 5 mile park and did some meditation and yoga.
The beach was crowded, so Karen had to park in a pay lot. We are usually able to park along PCH just west of Beach Blvd. As you can see by the photo below, it was blue skies at the beach.

I don't know what kind of bug that is, but that's a really clear photo of a fingertip. FYI - notice the circular pattern, that makes it a whorl. In the lower right corner of the photo is an area that looks like a "Y", that is the delta. On the left side of the fingerprint you can see some ridges that end or split in two. Those are called points of identification. Generally, nine or more points, in sequence, and proper relationship to one another, will constitute a fingerprint match.

Under the heading of "who really gives a rat's petunia", infamous teen single mom Bristol Palin has sworn celibacy until marriage. I'm sure this announcement has nothing to do with her new reality series coming out entitled "Life's a Tripp" named of course after her three year old son Tripp. It seems that the only one who should really care is her current boy friend Gino Paoletti.
