Rode 25 miles out of Riverside Saturday.  It was a gorgeous day, with temps in the high 70's and clear skies.  The hills were really green and there were lots of wild flowers along the trail.  

Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos came out with cuts of  $18 million dollars from the Special Olympics budget last week.  The idea, which came from the White House, was hit with a great deal of criticism, so tRUMP came to the rescue and rescinded the cuts blaming the whole thing on DeVos.  I have no love for DeVos, but once again tRUMP did his usual throw a staffer under the bus when one of his ideas doesn't flow well.

Friday evening Karen and I went to Barney's bearery in Pasadena to say goodbye to CeCe who is moving back to Chicago. 

Happy birthday to Australian businesswoman, model, television hostess, and actress, Eleanor (Elle) Nancy McPherson, who turns 55 today. 

Elle is married and has two sons.

Elle has the nickname "the body" from her five cover appearances on the "Sports Illustrated swimwear issue.

She is an avowed nudist.

Happy birthday to actress, singer, Lucille (Lucy) Francis Lawless who turns 51 today.

Lawless was born in New Zealand, is married and has three children.

Lawless is best known for her role as Xena the Warrior Princess.

Lawless got quite naked in the Spartacus series.

Which is why the Republicans are demanding he not only resign as the head of the House intelligence committee, but from the House of Representatives. I believe he has tRUMP shaking in his boots. 

The wind was blowing out for opening day at Dodger Stadium resulting in eight home runs and a Dodger win 12-5.  Ryu also pitched a great game. 

Big fight going on to get the Mueller report released, in full, to the public.  tRUMP's AG Barr wrote a four-page summary that he says completely exonerates tRUMP.  Lot's of people aren't buying this and want to read the report for themselves.
