With the all the hubbub of Trump's shit, we can't forget that states are doing their own snarky shit too.  Another state to boycott.  

Mississippi’s governor on Tuesday signed into law a bill that allows businesses to refuse services to gay couples based on religious objections, ignoring opposition from businesses who had worried the legislation could cost the state economic opportunities in the future.

The new law states that it protects “sincerely held religious beliefs or moral convictions,” including the belief that marriage is only between a man and a woman and that sexual relations should only occur in such a marriage. It also says that a person’s gender is “determined by anatomy and genetics at time of birth” and goes on to say that businesses can determine who is allowed to access bathrooms, dressing rooms and locker rooms.

Friday was the wedding rehearsal for Corey and Kelly's wedding. It was a boring affair as you can plainly see from the first photo. Lunch afterwards was at Chili's. The waitress was excellent and the store gave us several free deserts.  A good time was had by all.

Wasn't great seeing all the women out protesting on Saturday!!!

My unofficial official rain gauge in the back yard shows we got 7.5 inches of rain from the last three storms.  Four inches in the last storm alone. 

It's been raining all day here in SoCal and I have urban flooding in my front yard!!  Call the firemen and their swift water rescue team!!!  Actually that is the drainage route from my back yard to the street.  Be interesting to see what my unofficial official rain gauge has to say later today.
