According to http://boingboing.net/2011/11/03/twin-rivers-police-association-stops-selling-t-shirt.html, the Twin Rivers, Ca. Police Officers Assoc.  has been selling T-shirts with "U RAISE 'EM WE CAGE EM" emblazoned across the front.  They have stopped the sale of these shirts after being told they "could validate feeling of mistrust" for the police department. 

No sense of humor I say!!!
