December 14th, four months ago tomorrow, the Sandy Hook School shooting occurred. In the four months since then, more than 3300 people in the US have been killed by gunfire. That's a staggering average of 27 a day.

Add two more teens in Pomona early this morning. By contrast, 2200 US soldiers in Afghanistan have lost their lives in 12 years of war, many of those by roadside bombs. It's time for a change in this nation's gun laws.
