Today tRUMP has told congress that he will refuse to sign any bill to extend the funding of the federal government until February unless the bill contains the $5 billion dollars he wants for his southern border wall.  Scrooge McTrump may shut down the federal government over the holidays because of his tantrum for wall funding.
