Drove from Amarillo to Arlington Texas today.  As you can see from the photo above, northern Texas is pretty flat.  I got off the interstate and took hwy. 287 south/east going through towns like Claude, Tx. population 1287.  MY GPS took me through the ghetto in Forth Worth again.
