I feel it my responsibility to let my followers know that former Olympic gold metal swimmer Amanda Beard is pregnant with her second child. She and her husband, photographer Sacha Brown, have a two year old son.

 

Amanda won a total of 21 medals, including five gold, thirteen silver, and three bronze.  Amanda wrote an autobiography entitled, "In the Water They Can't See You Cry: A memoir." where she chronicles her struggles with bulimia, self-mutilation, depression, and drug use.
