We still tend to buy things on the spur of the moment. Last night after dinner we stopped at the Mattress Train store and looked at conventional beds as we had decided it was time to get rid of our waterbed. it was getting too hard to get out of it.  An hour-and-a-half later we walked out with a new king size bed, frame, and headboard.

So, that means we had to drain the waterbed mattress. What a chore that was.  We had to watch a couple of youtube videos to see how to drain it without a pump.  The siphon system is slow, but it did the job.  It still weighed a ton when Corey and I finally drug it out to the driveway.  I think water is still slowly draining out of it two hours later.
