So today marked the beginning of the third week of fighting this cold, so I went to the doctor.  We've got Kaiser Insurance so I just called the appointment number and got a "same day appointment."  In at 8:30 am and out by 9:15 am with a prescription for an antibiotic and cough medicine.  Seems my cold turned into a bronchial infection.  Who knew!!!
