It rained on and off the entire weekend in Huntsville. It was great!!! This was the view from our hotel room. The wind was blowing the rain against our hotel window.

Friday afternoon we watched the weather on the local news channel. The meteorologists here get quite excited. They have all kinds of graphs and radar displays. They even show the storms in 3D and tell you how high the storm clouds are. This is what a tornado warning looks like on the television. I have to say they are quite accurate. We watched the storm approaching our area and it started raining hard about when the predicted it to.

The wedding rehearsal was Friday evening. The wedding was originally planned to be outside under some trees, but had to be moved onto a porch because of the rain. It rained quite hard during the rehearsal and there was a lot of thunder and lightning. It was awesome!!!

The rehearsal dinner was held at the Makato Japanese Steakhouse in Huntsville. They prepared the food right in front of us. The cooks were very entertaining and the food was both delicious and abundant!!
