Today marks the 41st anniversary of the assassination of Robert F. Kennedy. Just after midnight, Kennedy was leaving the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles after winning the California presidential primary when he was shot with a .22 cal pistol by Sirhan Sirhan.

Robert Kennedy's grave site in Arlington Cemetery is marked by a simple white cross and headstone. Karen and I saw the grave site when we visited Arlington Cemetery a few years ago.

I can still remember the footage of the aftermath with Los Angeles Ram superstar Rosie Greer kneeling down next to him.
