A Federal Judge said no to this North Carolina license plate approved by the state legislature earlier this year.  The ruling came as a result of a law suit filed by the North Carolina ACLU after another bill asking for "Respect Choice" was shot down by the same legislature.  The ACLU's argument is that the State is engaging in unconstitutional viewpoint discrimination in violation of the First Amendment.
