Sunday a lone gunman opened fire on worshipers at a Sikh Temple in Oak Creek Wisconsin killing six worshipers before being killed by responding police officers. Three more worshipers and one police officer were seriously wounded. All are expected to survive.
The gunman has been identified as 40 year old Wade Michael Page, a neo-nazi skin head and army veteran.
Interestingly, many right wing Evangelicals have been quite vocal about Muslims in the U.S. being terrorists and plants for Al Qiada etc. Representative Michelle Bachmann has been one of the more vocal, mounting an investigation in Congress.
Of course Sikhs aren't Muslim. But you know, walks like a duck....
