Amelia doesn't know it, but a deep deep deep depression has befallen the state of Alabama over the last week.  Yes, there were lots of gnashing of teeth and alligator tears this week in the local Waffle Houses across the state what with the re-election of President Obama and the loss by the Alabama Crimson Tide football team to Texas A&M 29-24.
