Miley Cyrus gets a lot of press for dressing or not dressing in a provocative manner.  On Wednesday Oct. 29th,  she wore this dress to the amfaR LA Inspiration Gala in Los Angeles to raise funds for AIDS research.  Nothing unusual there.  What should be noted though is that Ms. Cyrus donated $500,000 to the cause.
