You know his whole issue with cutting the subsidies for the poor on ACA is because a tax on the wealthy pays for these subsidies.  He want's to kill the ACA,  aka Obama Care, because it came from Obama and to give his rich cronies back their tax money.  The rich are offended that they have to help pay for health insurance for the poor.  Poor babies.  Better to buy another vacation house or bigger yacht.
