I'm back from my trip.  I was gone two weeks ( I know - You were gone???)  I traveled 5200 miles through, or in the case of Georgia and Nevada touched, 12 states.  I traveled through or into all three time zones.  This photo was taken at a rest stop along the freeway which is on a small island in the middle of a lake. 

I saw a Texas Rangers baseball game with Brian in Dallas, and rode a steam boat on the Mississippi in New Orleans.  I went to Bourbon street and cruised the Gulf Coast, and watched the grand babies play soccer.

It was a great trip, but as usual, it's good to me home.
