Went down to Fremont Street Thursday evening for dinner and the human spectacle. We had a really good buffet at the Golden Nugget Hotel. I had a mighty fine prime rib dinner.

There are several people dressed in costumes of various stars. Elvis was one of the more popular. They don't exactly charge you to have your picture taken with them, but a gratuity is always welcome.

The overhead music and light show featured music from The Doors.
