I can't miss an opportunity to wish Adrienne Jo Barbeau a happy 67th birthday. Barbeau is married to actor/playwright/producer Steven Van Zandt. Barbeau had a set of twin boys at the age of 51 and joked about how she was the only woman in the maternity ward who was a member of AARP. She has a son from a previous marriage as well. She was born and still lives in the Sacramento, California area.

Ms. Barbeau says she caught the show business bug while entertaining troops at army bases throughout Southeast Asia with the San Jose Civic Light Opera. Ms Barbeau has starred in more than 25 musicals and plays including "Grease", where she played tough-girl Rizzo.

Ms. Barbeau played "Carol", the daughter of Bea Arthur's title character in the series "Maude" from 1972 to 1978.  She made guest appearances in other television shows like "Fantasy Island" and "Love Boat." The photo above is from her part in "Cannon  Ball Run."  She has also written three books.
