The big news this week has been hurricane Harvey and the flooding of south/east Texas.  These photos are a before/after of the I-10 freeway.  The hurricane made landfall last Friday and here it is Thursday and military and civilian personnel are still rescuing people from roofs.  It's been incredible to watch the helicopter folks do their thing.  Over 52 inches of rain fell in Houston and rivers and levees are still flooding.
