Sunday Karen and I took a boat tour of the San Diego bay. The first half of the tour we shared the boat with about 200 Chinese people. I never saw people take so many photos at one time. Digital photography must save them thousands of dollars. Of course I left my camera in the car. Duh!!
In the afternoon, we took a trolley tour of San Diego. Both tours were very informative. We were able to get off the trolley and get a Starbucks and then catch the next trolley. We walked along the harbor and stopped in Seaport Village.
Sunday evening we had a great Italian dinner at a restaurant a few blocks from our motel. If you plan to spend a day in San Diego, I suggest you go on Sunday as all the meters are free.
It was a great weekend.
