I had a physical last Wednesday and everything seems to be fine.  I'm still borderline diabetic and need to work on my diet and more exercise.  I asked my doctor again if I could get a quick liposuction and tummy tuck, and just like last year, she just laughed at me.  Even when I told her I would do better this time in keeping the weight off if she would give me another chance, she turned me down.  :-(
