I almost forgot my anniversary. Yes sirree, it was four years ago on July 1st that I retired from my position of great prestige as a human refuse collector with the City of West Covina.
Now I receive that wonderful check each month from the great state of California. I now spend my time traveling, reading, chasing Karen around, and blogging. I even try to do a chore or two around the house. I have also recently started riding a mountain bike which I enjoy very much.
As for retirement, I would recommend it for everyone. The sooner the better!!!
