Well, day one in Puerto Rico is in the books. I was up and showered by 9:00 am or so. Spent the day doing lawn work, first with a gas powered weed whacker and then the riding lawn mower. The photo to the left is us putting a new belt on the riding lawn mower. From left to right are Jim, me, James, Norm and Betsy. It took a group effort to get it on right. They have a lot of grass here and it grows at a rapid rate. We didn't make it to the beach as we worked late into the afternoon. It was a beautiful day here, 78 degrees and a cool breeze. Tonight the bunch shown plus Jilissa, Fran, and Jenny all went to a Pizza Hut for dinner and had deep dish pizza. Then we went to the local Sam's Club for supplies. I already have 3-4 mosquito bites on my arms and legs.
