Those of you not from SoCal aren't familiar with Tommy's World Famous chili dogs and chili burgers. They started out as one small walk-up store in downtown Los Angeles and have grown to about 15 stands today. It was one of the things I needed to have to know I was home, and I took care of that today for lunch.
I love the chili dogs. They come with mustard, dill pickles, tomato, cheese, and onions. I get them without the cheese and onions. I also get a fork to eat a lot of the chili from the sides before I tackle the actual hot dog. I also get 4-5 paper towels for wiping the chili from my hands and mouth etc. Yum yum!!
