I am pleased to announce that my good friend Jim has been able to deliver "Jake" and is doing fine. I understand that after several hours of terrible labor pains, "Jake" finally made his appearance weighing in at 2cm. Apparently Jim's Lamaze breathing techniques weren't up to handling the labor pains and extensive pain medication was necessary. Jim and "Jake" are both resting at home.
